I was looking for it online and Guild Wars Prophesies 06 popped up.
I would just like to know if this is the Game of the year edition or not.

06 is the european version of GOTYE, but I'm pretty sure they are identicle.

I'm interested in it because I would like to obtain the special items that come with it. Such as the Serrated shield Scorpian Bow, ect.

Scorpian bow? I have GOTYE and that is no an item... you get the nevermore flatbow.
